Sistema fotográfico de referencia revisado por O’Brien, Lewis y Cunliffe (1998). Combina severidad por sitio anatómico (cara, pecho, espalda) con tipo predominante (inflamatorio vs no inflamatorio). Es la escala europea histórica de referencia y aún se usa en ensayos UK/europeos.
Selecciona el grado fotográfico equivalente por sitio
Referencia rápida: 1-2 mínimo, 3-5 leve, 6-7 moderado, 8-9 severo, ≥10 muy severo (cara inflamatorio).
Interpretación facial inflamatorio: ≤2 muy leve · 3-5 leve · 6-7 moderado · 8-9 severo · ≥10 muy severo. Indicación de isotretinoína oral: ≥8 sostenido o cualquier grado con cicatrices.
